Mentorship Opportunities

This is voluntary opportunity for members of the community to mentor and learn from members of the BME community. Mentors have the opportunity to share experiences

In order to inspire, share knowledge and challenge perceptions. Members of the Scottish society are welcome to participate. Training is provided to all candidates.

Speaker & Performance Opportunities

We provide speaker opportunities for leaders in the private, public, third sector and local communities as well as performance opportunities to promote diversity of talent. Through these, businesses, organisations and groups are able to share what they do and also meet people they may not meet in everyday life engagements. To find out about the criteria and perhaps an opportunity to speak or perform at one of our events, please contact us.

Ambassadors and Champions

We have a community of Radiant and Brighter Ambassadors from rich diverse backgrounds. The champions come through the different program we deliver and seek to give back as volunteers in their local communities but often struggle to find a place to do this. If your organisation is looking for volunteers, please contact us to find out whether we have people who meet your criteria.

Radiant and Brighter also has many friends who have now become champions of our work, supporting candidates and programs through mentorship and sharing of skills/resources. Join the family of ambassadors by becoming one of our mentors!
