      Diversity Training – Engaging with Diverse Communities, Thursday 19th September, 10am – 4pm

      Engaging with Diverse Communities, Thursday 19th September 2019, 10 am – 4pm  at Radiant and Brighter.

      Book your place on our Engaging with Diverse Communities Diversity Training course.

      This workshop will focus on Engaging with Diverse Communities and how to attract and sustain diversity, Specifically the Black and Minority (BME) communities. Participants will take part in a lively and interactive session, critically analysing information which relates to daily working life.

      Learning Outcomes:

      At the end of the course, participants will;

      – Be more aware of barriers to engagement with BME communities and cultures

      -Identify the different forms of engagement in a diverse society

      -Identify structural barriers in the workplace

      – Be empowered to engage better with local communities in the workplace

      -Have a better understanding of successful community engagement traits and activities.

      Cost- £120pp
